Account Creation

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the kingdomtoto platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid phone number.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party. kingdomtoto will never request your password via email, phone call, or any other communication channel. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that unauthorised access occurred as a result of a security failure on the platform's end.

Account Suspension and Closure

Kingdomtoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering attempts, promotion abuse, or any other breach of these terms. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any legitimate account balance will be preserved until the investigation is concluded.

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the kingdomtoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking through licensed financial institutions in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.

Deposit Processing

Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe stated on the payments page. kingdomtoto is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may be revised from time to time.

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the business hours stated in the platform's support section. All withdrawals will be made to the same bank account used for the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances that have received written approval from the kingdomtoto team. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kingdomtoto platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface design, and software code — is the exclusive property of kingdomtoto and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Right to Amend Terms

Kingdomtoto reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notifications. The date of the latest revision will be updated at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through mutual discussion between both parties within 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism.
